One of the first problems is the store design and layout of items. Sale items and hot merchandise must be as strategically positioned as possible to allow a prospective customer to locate and remove the item from the shelf quickly and painlessly. By analyzing customer data, the new system must be able to sort items not only by popularity, but also by genre. Once data is collected, new stores can be quickly designed around the products. Unfortunately, minority voters have not been known to forcefully turnout, but rather express a sense of apathy towards elections (Hill and Leighley 1996). Throughout this analyzation I will address these issues and provide various opinions and theories regarding the demographic factor of race on voter turnout. I wanted to understand any myths they had about it and I needed to determine what type of training was needed to fit their needs.
